Burberry's Regent Street store has launched an interactive shopping experience. The UK flagship spot is now home to 500 blaring speakers and 100 drop down video screens, providing shoppers with a novel audio-visual experience.
According to Burberry, the shop is "Part event space, part innovation hub, part store, it blurs the physical and the digital to create 'Burberry World Live." This live aspect is most critical as the labels fashion shows are set to be streamed on the thin televisions.
The Regent location will also double as a small scale concert hall, complete with a stage and acoustic performances. This aggressive approach to retail will draw in young buyers in search of a new shopping experience.
