A Storage Media-War Truce - Buffalo Blu-Ray/HD-DVD Player (CES 2008)

There is a war being waged in the home electronics industry - a war between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD. Both offer superior picture and sound quality over the current media - DVD. Buffalo is planning to alleviate the pain in choosing which way to go with a dual Blu-Ray and HD-DVD USB drive. This is old news in Japan where it has been available. Plans have been revealed to release it in the United States, however. It also plays CDs and DVDs so, don’t throw away your collection.
