ICD Brookfield Place is a spectacular new skyscraper that is all set to be constructed in Dubai's International Financial Center district. The structure, which is set to be completed by the end of 2018, will feature 53 floors and is designed for mixed-use.

The skyscraper will extend up to a height of 282.3 meters and will feature three fancy executive suites that will come with gorgeous private indoor gardens and breathtaking views of the world's tallest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa.

What's notable about ICD Brookfield Place is that it will meet LEED Gold certification standards for sustainable design. One of the most anticipated features is its shape, which will be designed to reflect sunlight.

Dubai is home to many a magnificent skyscraper, and ICD Brookfield Place is set to continue that tradition whilst adding a touch of sustainability.
