 Retro toys are cool, so it should come as no surprise that adults are racing plastic tricycles down urban streets. Specifically, on April 8, 2007, over 100 fun loving people raced in the Annual Bring Your Own Big Wheel event. The event took place down San Francisco’s Lombard Street. If you want to participate next year, you’ll have to stay tuned for the location because the cops have smacked down on the Lombard location.  Future BYOBW events have to be held elsewhere or the cops will outnumber us next time .. for real !! anyway seems like the right time to get a permit for a future site with it in mind we will make it as fun and huge as we want without legal repercussions ... right? figure out some place to make our own weird tourist attraction and just have the race there, ------ * and * please write me if you have a course in mind in another city, let's have synchronized byobw events next easter!!
