52 Wooster in Soho will soon be home to elegant boutique apartments. With residential construction continuing to rise in New York, classic buildings and loft conversions have been part of this booming pattern. This building however, is integrated within the cast-iron district and will resemble classic architecture in a contemporary way.

This building was designed by architect Arpad Baska with the interiors by Grade. Although New York has been known to have small compact apartments, the units in this space will feature a variety of three and four bedroom apartments. The spacious units will be styled as high-ceiling lofts. The area's cast-iron architecture is recreated to draw on Soho's character and blend in with surrounding buildings. Inside, modern and luxurious detailing adorns the units, such as marble and eucalyptus wood.
