Eating your vegetables just got a bit easier with these boozy veggie beverages that you can make in the comfort of your own home. This recipe from 'Pinch Food Design' lets you add as much or as little alcohol to your next veggie shake with a few simple steps.

The carrot and ginger mixture is a fresh way to enjoy boozy veggie beverages. It gives you a vitamin boost from the carrots, a kick from the spicy ginger simple syrup and a zesty twist of lime. It's just three parts carrot juice, two parts vodka, a dash of ginger and twist of lime tossed in a shaker and poured into a glass.

You can also substitute the vodka for bourbon or rum and you still get a magical booze-infused garden-in-a-glass. Caesars are tasty but if you're in the mood to try something new, this might just satisfy that craving.
