As creatures of change, the Blute Lamp will appeal to us on a more natural and organic level. An interactive ambient light fixture, it responds to light by adjusting its brightness. For instance, if there are loud noises in its vicinity, it will shine brightly and once those sounds dim, so will the light. Although some may simply consider the Blute Lamp as smart technology (not to mention eco-friendly), there is more to it.
Designed by Chantal Brière, the Blute Lamp connects with the users by acknowledging their presence. This acknowledgment makes the Blute Lamp more part of a household than any other piece of furniture or lighting. I especially like its soft presence as well.
