This Blended Smoothie Uses Coconut Milk for a Lactose-Free Drink

Not only is this recipe dairy-free, but it also uses only three ingredients. To whip up this tropical blended smoothie all you need is one banana, a cup of coconut milk and some pineapple chunks. Add all the ingredients to a blender, including the juices from the pineapple pieces. Pulse the mixture until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary. Serve your smoothies cold and add a dollop of coconut milk whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
