#BleedBlue is a campaign that encourages Indians to share stories of how their allegiance to their national cricket team -- the reigning world champions -- manifests in their daily lives and work. The campaign invokes Team India's distinct blue jersey, currently being donned at the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

The campaign is being promoted via a series of candid pictorials depicting high-profile Indian personalities sharing their passion for the Indian cricket team, the sport of cricket and sport in general.

The lineup includes India's first World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev, who emphasizes the importance of passion to succeed in sport. Actress Deepika Padukone -- who knows a thing or two about high-level sport having competed at the national badminton championships -- describes sport as being not just an activity but "a way of life."

The #BleedBlue campaign does a fine job inspiring Indians to embrace a sports-centered way of life while sharing their passion not just for Team India but for sport in general.
