Blacklisting a Nudist Is OK|
If your acting up at a nudist resort and the owners decide you shouldn’t return, the French government says the resort can keep a “black list” with your name on it. It’s not a violation of the data protection law in effect in France. Nude and data protection in the same post - I just love Trend Hunter. Rene Oltra is a nudist resort in the Souse of Frahnce, denied a reservation. The resort therefore was required by law ask permission to keep a list of individuals who have been denied service.
