With the BlackBerry ‘Call You Back’ app, there’s no need to pick up the phone. Heck, you could probably reject every single phone call you receive for an entire day and no one would think unkindly of you.

The reason is because the BlackBerry Call You Back app lets you politely ignore a phone call by instantly sending a nice text to the person whose call you just rejected. The text tells them that you’re currently busy—in a meeting, at work, sleeping, watching a movie, whatever you happen to be doing—so you can silence the call immediately with no hurt feelings.

Wow, I have a feeling I'd misuse this function -- but not intentionally. It's like the "reply later" label for emails that you really intend to write back to... but then life gets in the way and later turns out to be far away.
