Anticipation is rising in Beijing for the Summer 2008 Olympic Games, and that excitement has translated into some pretty unique art. Song of Sand 2008, shown in the above video, is a really creative project that celebrates Chinese art forms and symbolism in conjunction with the Olympic brand.

Traditional Chinese music plays in the background as an artist continually creates, wipes away and recreates images on an illuminated surface which makes the art appear as shadowed silhouettes.
