With ongoing education about reducing our impact on the environment there has been a definite shift towards sustainable living. The flipside is finding a balance of being ecologically aware without compromising on the things that we have traditionally held dear - style, sexiness and good design. Wallpaper* magazine is normally thought of as the absolute in minimalism and designer living but is challenging that view by presenting five “urban farms” in the latest issue. You can see three interviews covering the farm project - including the thoughts behind the fashion spread - in these bespoke videos, available exclusively on www. wallpaper.com  We wanted Meiré’s Farm Project as the backdrop to our Agricool shoot since his realisation of the urban farm kitchen is so perfectly executed, we felt we only need bring it alive with some stylish urban farmers (wearing a wardrobe to die for), a few well-chosen accessories (to bring up-to-date cache to the kitchen), and an abundance of mouth-watering food (to inspire the reaping and rearing).
