Steam Whistle's 3rd Celebration of Germany's Greatest Tradition

Oktoberfest is to beer lovers as Skywalker Ranch is to Star Wars lovers - the Motherland. Luckily, Toronto's own Steam Whistle Brewery heard our cries and created it's own beer festival. The third annual Steam Whistle Oktoberfest will take place on September 21st. Admission is $25, which gets beer drinking patrons a 1 litre ceramic stein (and a first fill of Steam Whistle Pilsner), traditional German food, and live entertainment. Could there be a better way to thank our German brethren than by toasting them at a beer festival while eating bratwurst? Nein.

Implications - Festivals are a great way to show off what Toronto has to offer, whether it’s food or drinks or entertainment. Local businesses can get their names out there and larger companies can sponsor events. Steam Whistle is taking an international event and making it accessible to Torontonians, which beer fans appreciate. Stats for Oktoberfest in Toronto Trending: Older & Chilly
