The 'Be Bag' concept designed by the Bee Back agency is a clever bag design that changes its form for different types of use.

In order to go from a shoulder bag to a backpack, this design includes multiple holes so that the strap can be rearranged for alternate forms of support. In order to make the inclusion of additional holes as attractive as possible, the design concept imagines that this detail could be fit into the prominent logo on the bag. A fold-out flap is the only other element that needs to be altered in order to take this carrier from one that can be slung over the shoulder to a design that can be transported easily on the back.

The transforming bag would be an inspiring concept for retail stores, especially for providing consumers with an easy way to transport items home that's also like a stylish accessory.
