Like a stack of misshaped pancakes a class of cooking students would fry up in a jiffy, the Basque Culinary Center has a towering aesthetic that is both unique and delicious. The latter is appropriate considering the purpose of this building. Of course, the purpose and aesthetic work hand in hand to bring up such scrumptious comparisons.

Designed by architecture and design studio Vaumm Arquitectos, the Basque Culinary Center is as much a pleasure to walk through as it is to look at. Inside it has an industrial quality that is clean and simple. Nevertheless, there are tons of details that really spice the interior up, more so than any real spice could actually do.
