This guy is Barney Smith. He’s not just any Barney Smith either. He’s Barney Smith - Toilet Seat Artist or T.S.A for short. What would possess someone to become a toilet seat artist? Do you retire & live every boring day one into the next until inspiration strikes? “I should open my own museum, but it’s gotta be different. I know, a hand-decorated toilet seat museum!”
