Billed as London’s Biggest Banksy Exhibition, an old railway tunnel in South London will host graffiti artists including Banksy, Dot Masters, Pure Evil, and many more in an organized graffitti festival celebrating the talents of these diverse artists.  There are rules, the event will have a reception desk and it has flyers, so will this event lead to more acceptance for graffiti art to be seen as real urban art and part of the streetlife? 

"I've always felt anyone with a paint can should have as much say in how our cities look as architects and ad men," Banksy was quoted as saying by the Times. "So getting to cover an entire street with graffiti is a dream come true, or as some people might call it -- a complete and utter nightmare." (reuters)
