While rappers have been setting trends for years with variations of New Era Major League Baseball caps, these are yet another new fashion statement. 

Visored bandannas combine the functional sunshade of baseball cap’s visor with the comfort and flexibility of a bandanna.  They are lighter than current wool baseball hats, and less rigid than the plastic mesh throwback caps.  They are also available in flannel for winter wear, or cotton/polyester for the summer. 

Perhaps these are the new evolution of the scull-cap, as they become more widely distributed.
