Radar magazine has nailed the absolutely worst hair trends in Congress and some of these dos have got to be Federal Offenses. The top 8 worst hair trends are: Dead Animal Hair, Painfully Precise Bangs, Crazy Old White Guy Hair, Childlike Hair, Guido Hair, Mangy Hair, Extreme Symmetry and Just Nuts Hair.
For people in the public eye and running for office, you really would think they’d give a little more attention to one of the first things people see. Unfortunately for some of them, bad hair just might be least of their worries.
The eight most puzzling and potentially dooming hair trends in Washington. Creepy comb-overs. Macabre toupees. Misadventures in gel. (And that's just the women.) Radar investigates the eight worst trends in congressional coifs.
In the end... the pivotal decisions Americans face may all come down to hair. "It's one of the first things voters notice," says political image consultant Sherry Maysonave, president of Austin, Texas-based Empowerment Enterprises, who has masterminded the appearance of congressional and presidential candidates from both parties. "Hair is a strong indicator of a candidate's position and politics. If it's distracting in any way, it can seriously reduce the power of the message."
