Although Melisa explains that this mouthwatering recipe came about because she had some extra bacon sitting around after breakfast, the appeal of these bacon Parmesan cookies doesn’t really have to be explained.
Eating bacon in a cookie form with cheese thrown into the mix isn’t just a delicious reworking of breakfast and dessert, but it’s also easy to do, too. Simply add flour, bacon, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic and pepper and into a bowl and whisk together with milk. Cut your dough to your desired thickness, bake in 375 Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes and enjoy!
