Back into the Shadows - Shadow Puppet Theatre Troupe

The Shadow Puppet Theatre group is an innovative group operation in and around Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  Their blend of entertainment are shadow puppets, which go beyond the immediate thought of animal shapes, made by one’s hands.

Handcrafted characters are the norm for the actors, which appear in surprising detail on screen.  Their past productions range from fairy tale stories to Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

The sole restriction on their prospective venues, are that there must be adequate space for their 6’x7’ backdrop, and the handmade “actors”.
