Car makers can be very paranoid about pre-show photos of cars getting leaked by auto spies, let alone video leaks. It seems that the Audi R8 folks aren’t doing a good job keeping their car under wraps. In addition to leaked photos, there is video - on a Russian website of all places. The Audi R8 V12 isn’t scheduled for production until 2009, but here it is.  The Detroit-bound car is said to make 500 horsepower and 737 lb-ft (1000 Nm) of torque while boasting fuel economy of over 23 US mpg (10 liters per 100 km). Zero-to-sixty reportedly takes 4.2 seconds and the car should have a top end of 300 km/h, or around 186 mph. We used Babel Fish to translate the cyrillic text at the site that posted the video, and translators can be a bit dodgy.
