Asphalt Green is a new fitness club in New York City that's getting people excited about working out with its unique studio environment. In an AG6 class, people are led through a high-intensity circuit of activities that are integrated with technological details in the environment. For instance, pressure-sensitive walls and floors are used to indicate how hard a gym-goer can throw a ball at the wall, a detail that becomes illuminated by LED lights.

In the span of just 45 minutes, this class is designed to target and strengthen all major muscle groups and burn about 1,000 calories.

Traditional fitness experiences are being completely transformed by a rise in health consciousness from members of the general public who wants to have fun while maintaining personal wellness.
