As Halloween approaches, we continue to be exposed to very intricately modified pumpkins and Jack-o’-lanterns. Created by Duarte, these elaborately crafted pumpkins, as far I can understand, are part of a contest Duarte is running on his website. The variety and diversity of these skillfully modified designs is almost mind boggling. The designs include a Louis Vuitton-inspired pumpkin, a wedding cake, a red M&M, a graffiti pumpkin, a nerdy couple, a gift-wrap themed pumpkin and a gourd with a syringe stuck into it among other strange things.
