The Google Arts & Culture digital platform allows consumers from around the world to experience seeing art in different parts of the globe without having to physically travel to the museum it is kept in. This is thanks to the meta museum Google is offering online that lets consumers experience and see art from over 70 different museums. The app also encourages interacting with the pieces from various eras and artists with historical details, chronological time lines or color-themed viewing features.

The app is designed to help consumers of all age segments interact more with the art and culture across the globe. Without having to physically visit the museum, users can use their smartphones or tablets to see the paintings up close, without lines and learn backstories, histories and discover new pieces.
