This famous renovated 300 square foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom house on Dufferin Street at Rogers Road in Toronto, was built in 1912 by Arthur Weedan. It is available for $172,000.
Constructed in 1912, it was a favorite abode for Toronto contractor Arthur Weedan and his wife for 20 long years. The compact kitchen comprise of folding stands, chairs and other fittings.
