The name of is this beautiful ambient lamp is “O”. Sounds like the title of a mildly erotic novel…  At any rate, the lamp features illuminated symbols and motion that’s likely more interesting than what’s at the side of your bed right now. 

Yanko Design notes, “‘O’ the spherical ambient lamp is made out of composite materials and consists of elegant art nouveau symbols illuminated at varying intensities by rotating a ring. The lamp can be used as is to breath of refinement in your home but the same technology can be applied to larger installations for advertising. This lamp was designed by Enache Florin.”
