We are looking at a computer that artist Carlos Katastrofsky (Viena) has redesigned to make it our “object of desire”. He stands that today’s hobby is to buy the latest gadget and forgeting about older devices that, even if they are still useful, they do not bring the excitement of latest innovations.

With his installation he likes to highlight the fact that the desire of acquiring the “It object” is something that will never end… so what? we assume ourselves and actually we love TECHNOLOGY!

Eventhough, it is an ingenious and aesthetic way to look at our society and laugh a little bit about our own vices…
