Eleni of NYC is just wicked when it comes to cookies. She really is an artist and baker rolled into one. If she has a hot car, she probably is every guys dream girl. Visit her site and look at the huge collection in her “gallery” of edible art. Eleni has quite a backstory too. She moved from California to NYC just to pursue her cookie designing career. Seems like a sweet deal for NYC.
