With the Salt Discovery Six Course Experience Menu, the Armani/Aqua restaurant puts a new spin on salt, an essential in cooking, curing and food preservation.

As a collaboration between iconic designer Giorgio Armani and the food specialists of the Aqua Group, the Armani/Aqua in Hong Kong is described as a dining experience where "couture meets cuisine." With the Salt Discovery Six Course Experience Menu, diners are served a six-course meal, starting with prawns served on a block of Pink Himalayan salt, home-cured ham and a variety of other dishes dusted with unusual varieties of salt, like Hawaiian Black Lava Salt and Iranian Persian Blue Salt. To round out the experience, Armani/Aqua also serves a variety of salt-based cocktails. Stats for Decadent Salt-Based Menus Trending: Older & Buzzing
