Instead of opting for a standard appetizer plate, 'Komati' by dombon-a-tanya is a clever way to share finger foods with friends and family to get the conversation started.

Not only is food itself a great conversation starter, this appetizer tray is distinct in its own right and will definitely cause a dining room stir. The experimental Hungarian workshop created another way to eat food through a balancing effect.

It's a small wooden rod with two circle formations embedded in the design. The device allows you to rest it on top of a round fruit or even slip it onto the spout of a beer bottle to activate balance and interaction. You then can place small finger foods like charcuterie, sun dried tomatoes and other treats along the rod for people to pick.
