Dariel Studio took on the project of the 'Blue Penthouse' with the challenge to design a functional and unique apartment in China for a family. After a renovation that spanned over several months, the result is a sophisticated modern-lover's dream, equipped with mirrored pendant lights and extremely high ceilings.

The space and height of the apartment is maximized thanks to a a huge void that Dariel Studio used to create a double-height ceiling and sense of openness that allows more natural light to flow through.

Walls are white and royal blue-toned while a spiral staircase with exposed wood and contrast floor tiles create a vortex in the center of the apartment. It's a mix of French and modern decor all in one, but lends itself as an innately livable dwelling.
