'Klifit,' a Los Angeles-based company that was founded by Joseph Park and Young Kim, is the designer of a smart anti-theft backpack that ensures everything inside is kept safe from unfamiliar hands.

Dubbed the 'ABC Backpack,' its acronym stands for: anti-theft, battery and calendar. This means that the zippers of the backpack can't be opened without being activated by a connected app. With this, consumers can place their valuables in the bag when they need to leave their work station momentarily and lock the backpack to a table or chair so it can't be stolen.

The battery within the anti-theft backpack allows consumers to charge their phones and other devices and the calendar reminds them what they need to pack with them on specific days.
