When Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are your parents, you can score the unusual feat of obtaining honorary citizenship even before you are born.

Jolie chose to birth in Nice, a city in the South of France, as a place to give birth. The city’s mayor was so thrilled, he has already declared the much anticipated twins as honorary citizens.

The mayor has also said he can’t wait to sign the birth certificate of the twins himself and welcome them to his hometown.

The twins will increase the Jolie-Pitt family count to six kids, half of which are adopted.
