This project by Italian architect David Fisher is not just a moving, shape changing tower, it is also a self powered skyscraper, getting energy from sunlight and wind. The first rotating tower, named TIME RESIDENCE TOWER is planned to be build up in Dubai in 2010. I am very excited and interested into the reliability of this building but also in how the final look is going to affect peoples attention. In the video you can get a small impression of how it could look and feel when you look at a skyline and a huge tower is changing its shape. Enjoy it and Stay tuned.
