American Inventor - Now Casting for Reality Inventor Show

You’ve got this great idea for a new glow-in-the-dark Iraqi combat uniform, black highlighter, see-through body bag, pedal-powered wheel chair, Joey Budafuco bobble-head that says “Say hello to my little friend,” or sexy plus size underwear bearing an “Omar” designer label, right? Your prayers have been answered, my friend.

Auditions are being scheduled through March and April of 2007 for the second season of “American Inventor,” produced by FremantleMedia North America, a production company formed by Simon Cowell of “American Idol” fame and Peter Jones, a businessman from the UK. The show will be aired on ABC.

The top prize winner(s) will receive $1 million dollars and the mentoring and resources to market the invention.

Janusz Liberkowski of Los Gatos, Calif., was the winner of the series’ debut season last year, with an ingenious infant car seat and is well on his way to becoming a multi-millionaire.
