'American Idol' to Sue Josiah Leming?

‘American Idol’ reject Josiah Leming has a lot of explaining to do. The castoff is facing legal action from ‘American Idol’ after the homeless crooner is attempting to release the album he recorded earlier this year with Warner Brothers, despite signing a strict contract with 19 Entertainment that precludes Josiah Leming from doing so.

Josiah Leming’s story was well-publicized on the show. His mother has terminal cancer, and Leming lived for a period of time in his car.
