In the study made by Symantec Corp., 69% of all the email in Asia-Pacific is spam. The worst record is in the Philippines which has 88% of all emails are generated by spams and China is the biggest source of spam an Asia. The study used over 20 million decoy email accounts from more than 20 countries accross Asia.
