A while ago, we covered a story about Cake Innovation.  Well, now we have a story about Cupcake Innovation.  The designs aren’t quite as extreme, but the level of detail is worthy to justify some of these cupcakes as art.

Colombia Road based Treacle has got it down to an art form that instantly transports you to Alice in Wonderland heaven with cakes that are literally screaming EAT ME at you from this idyllic shop. Available in flavours such as ‘All White, Treacle’ and ‘Treacleblocker Glory’ they look amazing and taste even better.

Of course you can really go out on a limb and make them yourself. Sadly the argument - if kids make them they cant be that hard - never really seems to work in practise. You just end up feeling humiliated that you have been out-cooked by a five year old.
