The Alexander McQueen Fall 2014 Menswear Collection is neo-gothic with a twist of rock, designed by Sarah Burton. She set her catwalk show to the live piano strains of Bauhaus track, 'Bela Lugosi's Dead.' The male models wind down the staircases wearing matted crowns of inky black feathers, creating bold and shadowy silhouettes of lost summer's sensuality.

The collection is ready for a harsh winter as illustrated through structured, kitted armors, which are zipped and checkered to new extremes. Stacked heel lace-up boots are topped with evening coats that are framed with stripes of silk lame. A seductive geometry is created with highlighted shoulders that are severely squared off.

The clash of gold adds to the drama of the male getups, paired with shaved heads and gazes as cold as winter itself.
