Akihiko Miyoshi Abstract Photographs visualizes digital glitches in colorful artistic patterns. Artist Miyoshi comes from a background in computer engineering a clear correlation to the technologic perspective provided by this collection of photographs. The series is created by through a mirror reflection that is covered in square-shaped hues that spark varying results. The cartoonish coloring draw the observer in allowing them to take a deeper look at what the artist is trying to portray.

The vibrant patterns provide a fun juxtaposition to Miyoshi’s shadowy figure. The self-reflection of each photo is a central aesthetic point of reference. While, different digital transformations change the environment surrounding the elusive character of the photographer.
