Ajiro from Alexander Vittouris is an All-Natural Eco Trike

I’m not too sure how comfortable I would be piloting Ajiro from Alexander Vittouris in and out of traffic. On one hand I would love that I am saving the environment by riding a velomobile made of bamboo to work; on the other hand I would fear getting into an accident in a vehicle made of bamboo.

Ajiro from Alexander Vittouris would be made using a technique called arborsculpture. Using arborsculpture the bamboo required to grow Ajiro could be shaped before it’s harvested, thus removing the need for an eco-unfriendly manufacturing process.
