LithaFlora is an African tea brand that combines herbal infusions with sustainable sources. After selling out of its herbal teas and cleansing bars shortly after debuting at Design Indaba 2014, the Cape Town-based brand sources all of its tea ingredients from small farm holders within the Cape Floral Kingdom.

The tea blends only include indigenous ingredients of the region with wellness in mind. Ingredients include honeybush, ginger, sutherlandia, rosehips, orange peel, buchu, nettle, hoodia, alfalfa, chamomile and horse mint.

“Litha,” is pronounced, "lee-tah," which in Zulu means, "star." In most languages, the English translation means "the bringer of knowledge and enlightenment," so it only makes sense for the tea brand to provide some sort of spiritual wisdom along with a great taste and responsible propagation.
