Inspired by the turbine engines of airplanes, the Aerodrome table lamp is dynamically minimalist. Although a static creation, there is a promise of movement in the lampshade, which gives the simple design a sense of adventure. Sleek and sophisticated, this adventurous piece of home decor is great for homes that are edgy and exciting as well as homes that are refined and reserved.

Created by Italian architect and designer Alberto Puchetti for Norway-based lighting manufacturer Northern Lighting, the Aerodrome table lamp is also influenced by the 1960s Scandinavian aesthetic pioneered notably by designers Verner Panton, Eero Saarinen and Arne Jacobsen. Puchetti writes, “Aerodrome is a family of lamps designed to adjust the mood of the room towards the smooth coolness typical of first class airport lounges.” Curvaceous and sculptural, the Aerodrome table lamp is stunning.
