AC/DC fans will have a new reason to tune in to Sirius XM when the legendary rock band’s music channel, AC/DC Radio, launches on Monday, September 15. AC/DC Radio, which will be broadcast on XM channel 53, will celebrate the band’s career and entire music catalog. It will also help promote the upcoming release of Black Ice, AC/DC’s first album in eight years. Band members Angus Young, Malcolm Young, Cliff Williams, Brian Johnson and Phil Rudd will all be on hand to add stories and commentary to AC/DC Radio. They’ll also give listeners an exclusive preview of Black Ice, which is scheduled to be released on October 20.  "AC/DC is an unparalleled and enduring force in rock music," said Scott Greenstein, President and Chief Content Officer, SIRIUS XM Radio. "We are thrilled to begin broadcasting AC/DC Radio and give AC/DC fans a channel on XM where they can hear the band's distinctive music, uninterrupted and non-stop rock 'n roll the way the band always envisioned their radio airplay."
