Is it a car? Is it a DJ booth? No, it’s the world’s first DJ car. A fully-functioning (legal) Chevrolet Spark road car that transforms to a fully-functioning set of DJ decks in under 20 minutes has been created by UK engineers. Why? To mark the UK launch of Chevrolet Spark—a new car for a younger driver.
The DJ car will take centre stage at a number of “unscheduled” gigs (where the public vote for its location) by indie band the Mystery Jets.
The Spark’s wheels serve as turntables, making it the biggest record player and most mobile of mobile discos all at the same time.
