For Bloc Party’s latest release “Ares (Villain remix),” the band decided to go against the traditional music video format and instead chose to use fan-filmed videos.

The videos are primarily from mobile phones and do not have the same high quality as regular videos, but the format provides an authentic concert feel. It may make some watchers a bit seasick, but all in all, this format is a great concept.
