Lindsay Lohan's 22nd Birthday Bash

Lindsay Lohan’s lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson was getting enough press as is, but now that photos of the actress’s 1980’s prom-themed birthday bash have surfaced, Lindsay has secured her spot in the rumor mill, as gossip the rumors flies more ferociously than ever.

She took the day off from the set of her new comedy, Labor Pains, to celebrate her 22nd birthday. During the day she and Ronson shopped at Cartier in Beverly Hills, sparking rumors of a possible engagement ring purchase. At night, Lohan hosted a retro bash with 100 friends, including Ronson and her mom Dina, at Teddy’s in Hollywood.

Lohan showed up in a black-and-white dress full of frills and ruffles. The swank club was also decorated in theme, and was smothered in vibrant balloons in red, silver, baby blue and light pink. Tacky palm tree banners helped up the cheese even more.

The highlight of the evening was a cake featuring an image of Marilyn Monroe’s famous ballooning white dress shot in “The Seven Year Itch,” a good chance it was a tribute to Lohan’s New York Magazine photo shoot earlier this year.

As these photos show, the once child star has been eager to show she’s all grown up now.
