7-Eleven Slurpees are welcoming the new kid in town, the exclusive Ginger Ale Slurpee. While it's offered only in Michigan, all other 49 states have to sit back and watch in envy.

Whether or not you favor ginger ale for its slightly spicy qualities or upset stomach cures—or that golden color that looks super delish—regardless, the convenience store brand has just created another reason to wish Canada Dry was alcoholic so we could drown our sorrows in wishing the Slurpee was available everywhere else as well.

The Vernors Ginger Ale Slurpee is a new product offered by the 150-year old, Detroit-based ginger ale company that exacts 80% of its sales in Michigan alone. The new flavor is the first regional-only Slurpee flavor of its kind, so hopefully we'll get a chance to pay it a visit.
